Why Villa Tirta Kencana is so special.......

Unlike Villas which have been built around a pool, with limited or no external views, Villa Tirta Kencana was conceptualized as a luxury gallery with the ocean as its "giant painting".  Located on the highest point in the development the villa was designed to feature unobstructed 160 degree ocean views over the Indian Ocean which can be enjoyed from the various living and dining areas, and it's cool shaded terraces and lounges. Drinks, meals and snacks can be served from our menus in each of these areas.

With 7 Studios and Suites and two pools this is a great villa for larger families and groups of friends.

Villa Tirta Kencana can be entered from either a grand staircase  or elevator (in case of rain or for elderly or physically impaired guests)

leading to the main living area on the pool level. Cool breezes, colorful bougainvillea's and Frangipani trees frame the incredible panoramic views that unfolds.

From the main living and dining area additional spectacular views over the villa's extensive infinity edge pool towards the ocean appear, which will be engraved in your memories for years to come. There are very few comparable villas on the Island.  .

Even the open kitchen  and the cozy Japanese Living/Dining room features ocean views over the infinity pool. The Living and Dining room and its large terrace adjacent to the infinity edge pool  is great for entertaining whilst our Japanese Room is truly bespoke and great option for social activities, relaxation and special dinner events.

The main Spa Living room at the Spa Suite as well as the Vista Suite Spa terrace feature some of the best views one can get in Bali, perfect for a gathering, afternoon cocktails or a special celebration.

Besides the main infinity pool and its large pool deck and Bale garden, the Private Pool Suite offers a small plunge pool and private garden, great for couples with young children or those who would like to relax in privacy and even dine in their own garden.

Welcome to Villa Tirta Kencana, "our little paradise on the cliff".
